Medical Assistant - patient intake (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Care Services and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. You would join a large organisation of about 674 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
