Medical Assistant - patient intake (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Quill Care Services supports families and individuals in Wichita with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
