Medical Assistant - patient intake (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tampa, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our patient intake. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
