Medical Assistant - patient intake (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
