Medical Assistant - patient intake (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Analytics provides primary and specialty care in St. Louis. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would join a small organisation of about 2 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
