Medical Assistant - patient intake (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Cross Health is a healthcare provider in San Jose with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
