Medical Assistant - patient intake (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Salt Lake City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our patient intake. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
