Medical Assistant - patient intake (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Glen Health Partners is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on patient intake for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 699 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
