Medical Assistant - patient intake (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Meridian Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Richmond. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
