Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Health Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
