Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Seattle, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our patient intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
