Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Miami with personal care and coordination, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our patient intake. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
