Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

Harborlight Glen Health Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on patient intake for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
