Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sparrow Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
