Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Basin Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
