Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

Nova Health provides primary and specialty care in Savannah. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
