Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

Northwind Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would join a large organisation of about 705 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
