Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Care Services Partners and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. You would join a large organisation of about 782 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
