Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Little Rock. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
