Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Care Services is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on patient intake for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
