Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Drift Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
