Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Health Partners and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
