Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Stone Care Services and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
