Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
