Medical Assistant - patient intake (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Orlando, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our patient intake. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
