Medical Assistant - patient intake (Portland, OR)

Summit Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Portland. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification.
