Medical Assistant - patient intake (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Health Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
