Medical Assistant - patient intake (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Nashville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
