Medical Assistant - patient intake (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Linden Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
