Medical Assistant - patient intake (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Bright Meridian Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
