Medical Assistant - patient intake (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Sparrow Health is a healthcare provider in Memphis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
