Medical Assistant - patient intake (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Ivory Health Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on patient intake for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
