Medical Assistant - patient intake (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Ivory Health Group is a healthcare provider in Knoxville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
