Medical Assistant - patient intake (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Birch Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Honolulu with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
