Medical Assistant - patient intake (Hartford, CT)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on patient intake for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
