Medical Assistant - patient intake (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Birch Care Services Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on patient intake for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification.
