Medical Assistant - patient intake (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Harbor Care Services and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be patient intake. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
