Medical Assistant - patient intake (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Glen Health Partners is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on patient intake for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
