Medical Assistant - patient intake (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Basin Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Buffalo. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
