Medical Assistant - patient intake (Boston, MA)

Silverline Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Boston. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
