Medical Assistant - patient intake (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Forge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on patient intake. You would join a large organisation of about 894 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
