Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Basin Care Services supports families and individuals in Savannah with personal care and coordination, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our lab and specimen handling. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
