Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cross Care Services and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be lab and specimen handling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
