Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be lab and specimen handling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
