Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Health is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on lab and specimen handling for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
