Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

Clearpath Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Madison with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on lab and specimen handling. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
