Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

Bright Rowan Health is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on lab and specimen handling for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 340 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
