Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Health Associates and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be lab and specimen handling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
