Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cross Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be lab and specimen handling. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
