Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Quill Health Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be lab and specimen handling. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
